Also Diplo choose to sell hsi music catalog

American DJ and producer Diplo has reached an agreement with Los Angeles-based company Iconoclast, which has acquired the publishing rights to the Mad Decent catalog.

For those who don’t know it, Mad Decent is Diplo’s record label. This is the home to many of the biggest dance hits of the last decade, including Baauer’s “Harlem Shake” and Major Lazer‘s “Lean On.”

According to some magazines, Iconoclast has made several acquisitions of music rights catalogs over the past year, totaling a whopping $300 million.
